Duke of York Square, Chelsea
Chelsea’s sleekest chill-out area, dotted with high-end boutiques, restaurants and an art gallery, plays host to a giant screen of its own during the famous tennis tournament. Aptly named ‘Strawberries and Screen’, the events are free but ticketed, with a suggested charity donation if you are so inclined. Pack a picnic basket and blanket before settling in beside all the livestreamed action; with a pop-up bar and no shortage of swanky bakeries nearby, this is undoubtedly one of the most delicious areas to watch Wimbledon in London.

National Theatre, South Bank
This summer, Wimbledon is hitting the South Bank with free open-air screenings of the tennis outside the theatre’s The Understudy. This iconic riverside spot will be packed with deckchairs to sit back and enjoy the action and soak up the busy atmosphere. The screening area is also surrounded by food and drink options, including spots to grab a refreshing glass of Pimm’s or some delicious strawberries and cream.

You can either swing by and catch the last few points of a game or sit back in a deckchair and settle in for the day. And if you get hungry, there are lots of food and drink options in Nova and Cardinal Place.
