From rejected cereals (overcooked, uncoated, the wrong size or discoloured), Seven Bro7hers in Salford makes a Kellogg’s Rice Krispies pale ale, cornflake-imbued IPA and a Coco Pops stout, while in South London, the Toast Ale founders craft beers with surplus bread, often from the sandwich industry. If only the hangover was as guilt-free.
