SRT suspends weekend tourism and commercial train services until Feb 28th

From today (Saturday), until February 28th, the State of Railway of Thailand (SRT) has suspended 49 weekend tourism and commercial services, in line with the CCSA’s policy to discourage travel to contain the spread of COVID-19, according to SRT Governor Mr. Nirut Maneephan.

The tourism trains are:

• Bangkok-Plu Ta Luang-Bangkok

• Bangkok-Nam Tok-Bangkok

• Bangkok-Suan Son Pardipat-Bangkok

• Kanchanaburi-Nam Tok-Kanchanaburi

• Bangkok-Kok Saloong-Pasak Cholasit dam-Bangkok

The commercial trains on the northern route are:

• Bangkok-Chiang Mai-Bangkok special express train

• Bangkok-Chiang Mai-Bangkok express train

• Bangkok-Den Chai-Bangkok rapid train

• Bangkok-Chiang Mai-Bangkok rapid train
