พยากรณ์อากาศวันนี้ กรมอุตุฯ เตือน ภาคเหนือ ภาคอีสาน และภาคกลาง อากาศร้อนจัด อุณหภูมิสูงสุด 42 องศาฯ วันนี้ (ุ3 เม.ย.) กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยา พยากรณ์อากาศ 24 ชั่วโมงข้างหน้า ประเทศไทยตอนบนมีอากาศร้อนโดยทั่วไป กับมีฟ้าหลัวในตอนกลางวัน และมีอากาศร้อนจัดบางพื้นที่ในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคกลาง เนื่องจากความกดอากาศต่ำเนื่องจากความร้อนปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน ในขณะที่มีลมใต้และลมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังอ่อนพัดปกคลุมในบริเวณดังกล่าว ทำให้ประเทศไทยตอนบนยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนองเล็กน้อยบางแห่ง ขอให้ประชาชนดูแลรักษาสุขภาพเนื่องจากสภาพอากาศที่ร้อนถึงร้อนจัด โดยหลีกเลี่ยงการทำงานหรือการประกอบกิจกรรมในที่โล่งแจ้งเป็นระยะเวลานาน รวมทั้งระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนองที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในบางพื้นที่ไว้ด้วย สำหรับภาคใต้มีฝนน้อย โดยมีอากาศร้อนในตอนกลางวัน…
