Guests will be treated to a cocktail-and-canapé reception at 6.30pm followed by a tasting menu by Nikos Billis, executive chef of beachfront resort W Costa Navarino, who previously worked at Michelin-starred Noma in Copenhagen.
Billis will showcase his seasonal, nutrient-rich cuisine, which is deeply rooted in Messinia and prepared using modern Mediterranean techniques. The event will be held at Fenix, a new restaurant in Mayfair that blends Greek heritage with contemporary flair. Its executive chef, Zisis Giannouras, will collaborate with Billis on the night.

Tickets from £120 per person, including a cocktail-and-canapé reception followed by a Greek-inspired tasting menu with paired wines. Participants must be 18 or older.
