Take a journey into the mountains this November with a winter-warmer pop-up celebrating all things Savoyard. The bespoke menu will be overseen by chef Mauro Ferri, who honed his skills at The Winery in Sydney and Colbert and The Delaunay in London, both part of The Wolseley Hospitality Group, before taking the reins at that company’s Bellanger, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and bar in Islington.

On Wednesday 15 November, guests will be transported for one night only to Savoy, the heart of the French Alps and home to some of the world’s most stylish ski resorts – including Club Med, the leader in premium all-inclusive ski holidays, with 14 chalets and resorts in the region. Showcasing the best of Savoyard cuisine, Ferri will use the highest quality seasonal ingredients to create a menu inspired by the area’s famed heartland dishes, paired with a selection of the finest French wines.
