From “Wuthering Heights” taking viewers on a Gothic tour of Yorkshire’s green and pleasant lands and Dune: Messiah continuing to inspire travellers to head for the desert, to The Devil Wears Prada 2 making us fall in love with the bright lights and frenetic energy of NYC – these are the films and TV shows set to influence your 2026 travels.
“Wuthering Heights”
Ever since we first got wind of Emerald Fennell taking on this Emily Brontë classic, we’ve found ourselves thinking of visiting Yorkshire time and time again. The English county, with its vast misty moors, rolling hills and cutesy villages, is ripe for romantic trips and cosy, fireside staycations. Start planning your next escape with our guide to the best hotels in Yorkshire.

The Devil Wears Prada 2
Gird your loins, Miranda Priestly is on the prowl once again – 20 years after the first film was released. Naturally, the sequel was largely shot in Manhattan, so expect cloud-piercing highrises and yellow cab-dotted streets, while rumours abound of cast spotted filming in various Italian locations – should we expect a scene or two at Milan Fashion Week? Or perhaps a sun-filled escapade on the shores of Lake Como? Groundbreaking, possibly not, but we’re firmly seated already.
