Japan had to equalize twice to hold Senegal to a 2-2 draw in their action-filled World Cup match at the Ekaterinburg Arena in Ekaterinburg tonight. Sadio Mane gave Senegal an early lead when he tapped in the first goal in the 11th minute. The Japanese fought back aggressively and Takashi Inui curled the ball into the net in the 33rd minute to equalize. Senegal reclaimed the lead in the 71st minute when Moussa Wague blasted the ball into the net. But seven minutes later Keisuke Honda scored the second equalizer.
