Juntos Farm
Juntos Farm is one of the most authentic farm-to-table dining destinations in Ibiza. It started life in 2018 as a small, family-run organic farm and has since moved to a larger plot of land (an abandoned cattle ranch, no less) with its namesake restaurant standing among its thriving produce. But this isn’t just about serving good food; its owners are clear on their mission to build the island’s farming network and regenerate the food system. Over the past three years, they’ve planted thousands of seeds across their land and are reaping the harvest of home-grown fruit, vegetables and nuts. Guests interested to learn more can book an immersive tour where they’ll explore the grounds and meet the animals. But you can simply eat here, too. The most casual option is to spend an evening in the courtyard sampling creative, nourishing light bites and cocktails, and there’s a 12-seater family table in the on-site shop that’s well-suited to celebrations or big groups.

Aubergine by Atzaró
Aubergine by Atzaró was one of the first stylish farm-to-table dining destinations in Ibiza, and it remains one of the best to this day. Its reputation for excellence is linked to its mothership: the Atzaró Agrotourismo hotel in the heart of the countryside, and (as is to be expected) it draws from a homegrown philosophy. The menu changes with the seasons, and its talented chefs incorporate the best of the harvest into their dishes at any given time. Expect the likes of artichoke flowers with Tallegio cheese, creative salads with grapes and fennel and lamb chops served with locally grown potatoes. Colourful, charismatic and chic, this is the place to book for a celebratory lunch, the wellness way.
