It’ll come as no surprise to fans of the Dutch capital that the city’s Keukenhof Tulip Gardens claims the top spot with a score of 9.08 out of 10. The gardens come to life each spring, turning the prettiest gardens in the ‘Venice of the North’ into a spectacle that’s racked up more than 52,000 reviews and close to 700,000 Instagram hashtags.

In second place is somewhere closer to home that every nature-loving Londoner is familiar with – Kew Gardens. Kew’s Royal Botanic Gardens and UNESCO World Heritage Site is suburban London’s not-so-hidden secret, spanning more than 300 acres where over 50,000 plants await.
