Lion Fight World Super Cruiserweight Title – 205 lbs. / 93 kg
Having already defended his North American Super Cruiserweight title twice this year with both bouts ending in electrifying knockouts, “Put ’Em To Sleep” Walker puts his World title on the line for the first time with a home-town crowd urging him on. Walker’s last outing in Boston earned him a fourth-round knockout victory over North American Heavyweight Title Tournament finalist Warren Thompson. Making his promotional debut is Bartek, whofights out of Slovakia which produced newly crowed World Cruiserweight champ Jakub Benko. Benko dethroned former undefeated champion Chip Moraza-Pollard, who hails from just outside Boston.
Co-Main Event: Washington Dos Santos (23-1) vs. Vincent Veys German (21-5)
Lion Fight North American Light Heavyweight Title – 180 lbs. / 81 kg
A new champion will be crowned in this highly anticipated matchup. Dos Santos is originally from Brazil, but now resides and fights out of San Antonio, Texas, USA. Although he came up short in a World middleweight title eliminator bout against former champion Magnus Andersson, Dos Santos rebounded to pickup a dominating decision win over LT Nelson at LF63 earlier this year. Veys German, who fights out of Gatineau, Quebec, Canada, has won six of his last seven, earning four knockouts along the way. He will look to become Lion Fight’s third North American champion from Canada following up on the successes of Jake Peacock and Taylor McClatchie.
Ashley Smallwood (1-0) vs. Niamh Kinehan (10-4-1)
Women’s Lightweight – 135 lbs. / 61 kg
U.S. Army veteran Smallwood has a quick turnaround after her impressive pro debut at LF70 in Los Angeles where she blasted Melissa Cramer in a second-round knockout victory. The San Diego, California, product gives away the nod in experience to Kinehan, who is one of the United Kingdom’s top pound-for-pound female fighters.
