A fire broke out on HTMS Khirirat around noon today while docking in Laem Thian, Sattahip district, Chonburi province.
Initial report said three Navy officers were injured.
The cause of the fire was still unknown at press time. The ship, having been in service with the Royal Thai Navy for more than 40 years, belongs to the 1st Frigate Fleet, Fleet Operations Command.
