Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin has unveiled the motto for Children’s Day 2024, encouraging Thai children to be creative, broaden their horizons and uphold democracy.
The motto, “Broaden horizons, think creatively, respect diversity and jointly build a democratic society,” was announced by Srettha for the upcoming Children’s day, which will be celebrated on January 13th, 2024.
The prime minister expressed his belief in the intelligence, up-to-date knowledge and potential of Thai children. The government is fully prepared to support Thai children in growing up with pride, quality and prestige.
He added that every effort is being made to ensure Thai children have the opportunities to grow up happily in this beautiful country.
The children’s day mottos have been given annually by successive prime ministers since 1956.
