Very much Birmingham’s neighbourhood du jour, Stirchley is home to a cavalcade of craft ale bars, with none better than Attic Brew Co on Mary Vale Road. Sunday 10 December sees the return of Attic’s Indie Jolly Xmas Market and, as well as being able to sample superb beers in its spacious taphouse, Attic will be hosting many local vendors throughout the afternoon.Bringing Christmas cheer to Stirchley, the variety of traders in previous years has run from the ethical organic clothing of Punks and Chancers through to festive wax melt gifts from Sister Scents.

Set amid the handsome Georgian architecture and shimmering fairy lights of Greenfield Crescent, the market will host several stalls, including a farmers’ market selling cheese, bread, fruit and vegetables.
