Burrata with chili and oregano, pickled pumpkin, bitter leaves and pomegranate at Ham Yard

6. Ham Yard Restaurant’s Pop-up

Ham Yard Restaurant and Bar is open for business again, transporting Ham Yard Hotel’s culinary magic to the hustle and bustle of the art fair. Expect modern European dining, coffees, and homemade sweet treats while cocktails are shaken and stirred at the bar. Savour slithers of Gran Reserva Serrano ham and plump burrata to start before mains such as girolle mushroom gnocchi, Blythburgh Farm porchetta, and whole baked lobster doused in garlic butter. Outside the fair, find a special Frieze menu at The Potting Shed at Dorset Square Hotel, where autumnal dishes are inspired by artists showing at the fair.
